With experience from the highest levels of professional football, Diego is adept at transforming challenging situations into thriving environments. Diego has coached in the highest areas of football in Australia, Peru & now in Spain.
Diego has had roles as analyst & performance coaching at Fundacion Marcet, USMP and, most recently at UE Cornella. Diego is a qualified football coach with the UEFA A Licence and will be beginning his training for the UEFA Pro Licence.
Diego has become a scout for elite academies such as the Andres Iniesta Academy and agencias worldwide, he holds a Business and Sport Administration degree from the University of Canberra in Canberra, Australia. His past experience as a professional footballer with USMP in Peru in the first division has Diego has made it a priority to focus on the individual with providing the best resource for players and during his time at UE Cornella Diego he provided the support and care for players moving into professional football with the mentoring, player development & match day psychology"

the process:
1. Obtain your match videos and send to your Professional Coach
2. Book your initial 1 to 1 live match analysis coaching session
3. Be coached in your 1 to 1 live match analysis coaching session via zoom call
4. Take your new knowledge and match understanding and put it into practice in your trainings and games
5. Follow up with your coach about your progress and book in your next analysis session
