An important part of the Athlete Subscriptions is tracking your progress and settings goals and targets.
All registered Athletes will undertake a form of performance testing as part of the program so we can assess your physical performance levels and build individualised and specific programs for each athlete.
If you're not measuring, you're guessing.
Our thorough screening process helps us identify your strengths and weaknesses.
Understanding where you currently sit in a wide range of tests and help us understand the main areas that need be improved and strengthened.
This data provides us the information to then program for you to help you achieve your performance goals.

Full comprehensive individual testing session
Session will assess the players strength, power and speed as well as individual muscle strength tests, max power tests and injury screening.
