OUTDOOR SEMI-PRIVATE GROUP TRAINING
& PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS

In light of the Governments latest announcement regarding PT sessions, outdoor personal training sessions are allowed to take place with certain rules set in place.

Given this new announcement Oxidate will be running outdoor semi-private group training sessions of maximum 10 people which includes the coach, and also 1-on-1 private training sessions outdoors.  

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

  • Social distancing of keeping at least 1.5m away from each other must be abided by at all times throughout the sessions

  • All sessions with have a maximum of 10 people - this includes the coach running the session

  • All clients are to have their own water bottle and are not aloud to share with anyone else at any given time

  • If you have any signs or symptoms of a cold/flu you are not permitted to attend

  • If you have recently been in contact with someone who has tested positive to COVID-19 you are not permitted to attend

  • If you have recently returned to Australia from overseas and have not self isolated for 14 days, you are not permitted to attend 

OUTDOOR FOOTBALL PERFORMANCE

The football performance session will be run outdoors on a football field. 

Each session is structured around improving each players technical abilities as well as physical performance attributes. 

Sessions focus:

  • First touch, ball control 

  • Passing drills, range of passes

  • Dribbling , ball skills 

  • Run mechanics, sprint training 

  • Injury prevention 

  • Football conditioning

OUTDOOR STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

The strength and conditioning sessions will be run outdoors in a park.

Each session entail a series of strength and power exercises as well as conditioning exercises to improve fitness levels  

Sessions focus:

  • Strength, power, speed

  • Injury pre
