At Oxidate we provide unique and advanced coaching systems to athletes of all ages and skill levels from within our high performance training centre as well as outdoors for multiple teams and clubs across Melbourne.

Our training centre is the only performance centre of it’s kind providing everything you need as an athlete under the one roof.

We provide players, teams, parents and coaches all of their football and performance needs from within the one destination.

• Oxidate consists of a state of the art functional gym with enough space to host 3 teams at once. Built specifically for athlete development of all ages.

• FIFA Approved indoor soccer pitch built specifically to provide football coaching sessions and on pitch performance sessions.

• Recovery room with two 5m spas large enough to host an entire team for recovery sessions. One pool sits between a freezing cold 8-12 degrees  and the other a hot 38 degrees, allowing ice bath protocols and contrast water therapy protocols for individual and team recovery sessions.

• Physiotherapy room where Oxidate's in house physiotherapist provides physiotherapy as well as sport and remedial massage services.​

• Team analysis room where teams can study their games on the big screen and coaches can provide a unique learning environment for players.

Education is paramount. Teaching the Oxidate way in leading performance is our main objective.
