The high-performance player program is a holistic football program that provides players with all of the coaching, education, resources and tools to take their game to the next level both physically and mentally.

The program covers all areas of a player’s game providing everything a footballer needs on a weekly basis over the course of 12 weeks.

An opportunity for players to take their physical and technical capabilities to the next level through athlete specific strength and conditioning group training and football group sessions.

Athletes can choose from 1-3 group sessions per week and have unlimited access to the recovery pools.


The striker training sessions are for any player looking to improve their shooting technique and ability in front of goals.

All striker sessions will focus on the fundamentals of scoring goals as well as the important technical fundamentals of every players game.


Elite football and performance sessions run from Ultra Football.
The elite sessions will involve football technical sessions, striker training sessions and sprint speed and agility football sessions.

The Rehab and Performance Hub is a personalised rehabilitation program for athletes returning from injuries with the goal to return to perform at their optimal levels.

The program is also available for athletes looking for personalised in person training in a unique semi-private training model with 1 coach allocated to every 4 athletes.
