The high-performance player program is a holistic football program that provides players with all of the coaching, education, resources and tools to take their game to the next level both physically and mentally.

The program covers all areas of a player’s game providing everything a footballer needs on a weekly basis over the course of 12 weeks.

This 12 week program provides females with the knowledge, tools and strategies you need to achieve their desired goals.

Learn how to lift and why we lift in an environment that is made for women. We will work to overcome weaknesses and set backs. We will take control of your pain so you feel strong in every day movements. We will minimise the risk of injury/ reinjury by building a strong foundation.

We will create strong confident women.

Our Youth Football Development Program is built to provide players of all skill levels from 8 - 16 years of age the opportunity to improve their football skills and football development by increasing the amount of time each player gets with a ball at their feet, learning how to master the football and improving their awareness and understanding of the game.
