HOW IT WORKS

An important part of the off-season program is tracking your progress and settings goals and targets.
All registered Athletes will undertake a form of performance testing as part of the program so we can assess you physically so we can build individualised and specific programs for each athlete.

At Oxidate we have upgraded our performance testing with the AxIT system, technology previously only used by elite sports teams,
to measure how our clients move and perform.
AxIT helps us to measure baseline movement strength and power data, identify imbalances from side to side,
and track how you are progressing whilst training with us at Oxidate.

During our screening and testing process, using the AxIT system and our SmartSpeed Gates, we will test the following:
- Strength testing; bilateral and unilateral
- Max power output
- Rate of forced development (RFD)
- Ground Contact Time (GCT)
- Speed testing - 20m sprint time, 10m sprint time
- Agility testing - Pro Agility Testing
- Maximal Aerobic Speed (MAS)

Our thorough screening process helps us identify your strengths and weaknesses.
Understanding where you currently sit in a wide range of tests and help us understand the main areas that need be improved and strengthened.
This data provides us the information to then program for you to help you achieve your performance goals.

Individual Athlete Performance Testing:
Full comprehensive individual testing session
Session will assess the players strength, power and speed as well as individual muscle strength tests, max power tests and injury screening
Duration: 75 minutes
Cost: $180

Group Athlete Performance Testing:
Group testing sessions will run on a specific day and time each week in groups of up to 10 players.
All newly registered players will be allocated a testing session time to get assessed.
Group testing will assess players strength, power and speed
Duration: 60 minutes
Cost: $60 per player

Who are the programs and subscriptions suitable for?All of our programs and subscriptions are available for athletes from u8's and above. All session types are categorised by skill levels and aged categories to ensure athletes are training with their correct group to maximise their development from miniroos players to senior players.

What are the different levels and age groups of each session type?Technical Football sessions and Striker training sessions are broken up into 4 categories: Miniroos u8s - u12s Youth u13s - u16s Advanced Youth: More advanced level of youth players Elite Invitational: Senior players and the most elite youth players Strength & Conditioning and Speed Academy sessions are broken up into 2 categories: Beginner/ Youth Advanced

Are the programs and subscriptions a lock in commitment?Yes, you are locked in based on your chosen program duration.

What if I get injured or sick during the program?8 week programs grant you access to a total of 2 weeks of pause in times of sickness and injury. 16 week programs grant you access to a total of 4 weeks of pause in times of sickness and injury.

What if I have to cancel before my end date?Cancelling before the full completion of your contract will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the remaining amount on your contract.

How our assessments and AxIT testing process works.

We Assess
The AxIT system performs a complete performance assessment of strength and power for any muscle in your body, as well as the movements you need to perform in daily activities or sport, including squats, lunges, deadlifts, hops, jump, push-ups and many more.


We Set Baselines
An AxIT Assessment collects meaningful, actionable data measuring strength and power imbalances to identify key areas to be tracked over time.


We Intervene
Using the research and data from the AxIT system we design better training and management programs, resulting in more targeted training and better health and performance outcomes.


We Re-Assess
The AxIT system measures the effectiveness of the intervention within the session or after one week, one month or one year.
Your data is safely stored so you can always compare results and know that positive progression is being achieved and that your plan is on the right track to helping you achieve your goals.
