Football Development

Oxidate offers high performance soccer coaching for all ages and all skill levels. 

We provide specific individualised 1 on 1 sessions, small group sessions, and complete team sessions for clubs, and our own Oxidate Academy. 

 

All of our sessions include our unique sports science based coaching, with a big focus on injury prevention and physical performance to highlight our athlete’s capabilities; as well as skills training with a large emphasis on the important fundamentals of football to help maximise each players footballing potential.

Private Coaching

Our Private Coaching module is the pinnacle of development. 

We provide our athletes a unique opportunity to move and perform like no other on the pitch, gaining a performance edge over any competitor.

Semi-Private Coaching

We have crafted our skill to deliver result based programming that will have you stronger, quicker, faster than your opposition; physically fit and injury free to dominate all game every game for the entire season.

We have 2 session structures within this platform, Gym strength and conditioning and field skill development, providing players a unique opportunity and performance edge over their competition.

4 athletes minimum - 12 maximum.

Team Coaching Sessions

We have worked with multiple teams across NPL, State League and Community club structures, providing coaching staff and players an insight to proper performance coaching.

Sessions are customised specifically to each team, combining sports science training methods and years of coaching experience to ensure your players dominate the season ahead.
